Tuition and Fees
CCS strives to keep tuition affordable for families. This includes current tuition rates that are lower than any other private school in our area of comparable size and by keeping tuition increases to a minimum. Our tuition increase was only 3% or $150 per year from 2017-2018 to 2018-2019.

How much is tuition?

Do you offer any discounts for multiple children?
The oldest child in every family pays full tuition. Discounts for the same family are given for each additional student in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Discounts do not apply to students in pre-school.
When do I pay tuition?
Tuition for pre-school is paid in 9 installments: September 1st through May 1st.
Tuition for students in Kindergarten and above is an annual fee. Tuition is paid in 10 installments: July 1st and September 1st through May 1st. Late enrollees will be charged a prorated annual fee, to be divided equally between the first day of school and May 1st.
When is tuition due?
Tuition is charged and due on the 1st of each month.
Do you charge a late fee?
Tuition is late after the 5th of the month, and a late fee is assessed to your account. If the 5th falls on a weekend, the late fee will be assessed on the following Tuesday.
What form of payment can I use to pay tuition?
You may pay with cash, check, money order, or cashier’s check. For the school year 2018-2019, CCS will use the FACTS Management System to help manage certain accounting processes in our school operations. A change was necessary due to the growth that we have experienced in the last several years. Upon enrollment, families will create an online FACTS account connected to their current RenWeb account to facilitate online payments through bank draft (no additional fee) or credit/debit card (plus a 2.85% fee per transaction). Payments through FACTS will begin July 2018. Families will be able to pay tuition and other school fees online.
How do I make my payment?
You may mail in your payment, drop off your payment at the elementary desk, high school desk, or finance office, or send it with your child. You may also pay online through bank draft (no additional fee) or credit/debit card (plus a 2.85% fee per transaction) using your online FACTS account.
Will I receive a monthly statement?
We currently do not mail out a monthly statement. You may view details of your FACTS account on RenWeb at any time. You will receive email or text notifications that a tuition payment or other school fee is due through FACTS once each charge is posted.
What do I pay in August?
Books and Fees, not tuition, are paid in August at our Registration Day. Fees for fall sports and band are also paid in August. Books and Fees are approximately the same as one month tuition.
How much does lunch cost?
Lunch is charged per item. An average of $4 per day is a good estimate.
Do I have to buy lunch tickets? How do I pay for lunch?
You have an account for lunch that is separate from tuition and fees. At the beginning of each year, a deposit is required and paid at registration. We ask that you keep a credit balance on your account. You may check your balance at any time on RenWeb.
