How much is tuition?

Please refer to our current tuition and fees schedule.

Do you offer any discounts for multiple children?

The oldest child in every family pays full tuition.  Discounts for the same family are given for each additional student in Kindergarten through 12^th grade.  Discounts do not apply to students in pre-school.

When do I pay tuition?

Tuition for pre-school is paid in 9 installments:  September 1^st through May 1^st.

Tuition for students in Kindergarten and above is an annual fee.  Tuition is paid in 10 installments:  July 1^st and September 1^st through May 1^st.  Late enrollees will be charged a prorated annual fee, to be divided equally between the first day of school and May 1^st.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is charged and due on the 1^st of each month.

Do you charge a late fee?

Tuition is late after the 5^th of the month, and a late fee is assessed to your account.  If the 5^th falls on a weekend, the late fee will be assessed on the following Tuesday.

What form of payment can I use to pay tuition?

We strongly encourage ACH draft, which may be deducted on the 5^th or 20^th of each month.  However, you may pay with cash, check, money order, or cashier’s check.  We currently do not accept credit or debit cards.

How do I make my payment?

If you do not participate in ACH, you may mail in your payment, drop off your payment at the elementary desk, high school desk, or finance office, or send it with your child.

Will I receive a monthly statement?

We currently do not mail out a monthly statement.  You may view details of your account on RenWeb.

What do I pay in August?

Books and Fees, not tuition, are paid in August at our Registration Day.  Fees for fall sports and band are also paid in August.  Books and Fees are approximately the same as one month tuition.

How much does lunch cost?

Lunch is charged per item.  An average of $3 per day is a good estimate.

Do I have to buy lunch tickets? How do I pay for lunch?

You have an account for lunch that is separate from tuition and fees.  At the beginning of each year, a deposit is required and paid at registration.  We ask that you keep a credit balance on your account. You may check your balance at any time on RenWeb.
