Birthday Club

Let the Junior Class help you celebrate your student's birthday!  They offer balloons, candy bags, and desk wrapping to make the day extra-special!

The starter package for Elementary students includes one mylar balloon, two latex balloons and a candy fun pack for only $6.00.  You may also purchase items individually.  All items will be delivered before school begins on the celebration day you provide on the order form.  The first possible deivery day is Monday, August 27th, and the last possible delivery day is Friday, May 17th.  Click here to download an Elementary Birthday Club Order Form.  Return completed form to CCS with payment attached.  Please have form turned in 24 hours prior to celebration day.

For Junior High and High School students, the birthday package includes a dress code pass, mylar balloon and candy pack for $15.  The dress code pass is only valid on the Celebration Day and can be picked up at the High School desk in the morning before class begins that day.  The pass must be worn around the neck all day for approval to be out of dress code.  You may wear nice warm-up pants (NO SWEATPANTS), basketball shorts, sports t-shirts (OU, OSU, TEXAS, ETC.), any Friday shirt, and flip-flops.  LIMIT ONE DRESS CODE PASS PER PERSON PER YEAR.  Click here to download a Secondary Birthday Club Order Form.  Return completed form to CCS with payment attached.  Junior High and High School students MUST HAVE FORM TURNED IN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CELEBRATION DAY.
